fellowship vs sonship

Adam was the natural son of God (Lk 3:38) made from the earth (Gen 2:7, 1 Cor 15:47) but was created with and eternal soul (Gen 2:7). Adam was never in danger of losing his (soul) relation or son ship with his father (2 Sam 12:14) even thought he lost his fellowship with him, when he willfully disobeyed his father in eating of the tree of knowledge.

Gen 2:25 “They were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed. The woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. The Serpent lied saying, ye shall not die, but your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” Eve believing the lie and desiring to be wise, pertook of the fruit, and did eat, and gave also unto Adam. Adam knowingly (1 Tim 2:14), in willful (2 Pet 3:6) disobedience (Ne 9:26), rejected the council of God, (Mt 21:32) opposing (2 Tim 2:25) what he knew to be true; did eat, and the eyes of them both were opened. At which point they knew they were naked; and in an attempt to cover their shame, they devised means (their own righteousness) by sewing fig leaves together. Most of the race of Adam is still attempting to cover their nakedness by their own means, not realizing that God, before they were made from the dust of the ground, had devised means whereby His banished be not expelled from Him (2 Sam 14:14). God tells us in 1 Cor 10:20I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.” 2 Cor 6:14 “For what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness.” Ps 94:20 “Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?” Yes the nation of Israel, God’s own people had changed the law (Ne 9:26), in an attempt to justify mischief against their Husband (Jer 31:32), Jehovah.

God the Father would have a continuous presence in the earth through man until time was no more. Above we see that God opened the eyes of Adam for this purpose, that he may see his depravity, thus able to see a higher power than self (17:23). We find this expressed in the eleventh chapter of Hebrews whereby a few men by the grace of God (Gen 6:8), would die in faith (generated by seventh element of the fruit of the spirit), yet not having the promise (11:13, 39). We find no record until Gen 4:26, that after the death of Abel that man was not calling upon God until the birth of Seth's son Enos (235 years after the creation of Adam). This is not saying they did not realize there was a god, only they were not calling upon Him, for the lick their need of him. I am afraid this is also the case we are finding in today society.

Ps 94:17 “Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.” David realized that had God not devised means whereby the banished be not expelled, he would continue to dwell in silence, not having fellowship which his Creator. David having realized this (2 Cor 8:5) “They gave their own selves to the Lord, by the will (Phil 2:16) of God.”

The bride of Christ is made willing by the evidence given, such as the disciples in Acts 2:42 “They continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. Fear came upon every soul: and the apostles did many wonders and signs, and all that believed were together.”

1 Cor 1:8 “That ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.” The day of the lord is that day (Heb 10:25) in which the saints gather in the assembly, having trimmed their wicks (study), and obtained the oil (through prayer and meditation) made themselves ready when they hear his voice saying come an dine (Jh 21:12) they may with their husband Jesus be seated at the kings table in the upper room of his kingdom.

Eph 3:9 “To make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God.” Yes the fellowship of their Husband was not revealed until the day of Pentecost, wherein their Husband, Jesus was manifested unto the bride in the power and demonstration of the spirit. This mystery was shut up in the faith (Gal 3:23) to be revealed in the last gospel day. Even though David and the prophets wrote of this mystery it was shut up unto them 'but unto us did they minister these things' 1 Pet 1:12).

Phil 3:9 “...That which is through (avenue of) the faith of (not in) Christ, (This is the faith found in 1 Jh 5:4, Rm 12:3) the righteousness which is of God by faith (Rm 1:17 that faith which is generated from the dealt faith): that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; if by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus." Paul is defining two areas of faith in this statement, that which is established by the dealt engrafted (James 1:21, 1 Pet 1:23) faith having been administered by the Holy Ghost and the exercising of this faith, that it may be manifested in our daily walk as James would tells us in his epistle 2:22

1 John 1:7 “If we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” This is a cleansing that take place on a daily bases as we put on the robe of righteousness supplied by the Passover blood (robe of his righteousness) covering of our Husband, the man Jesus.
